Reset your password

Use the recovery key you saved when you created your account. Your files stay readable: your encryption key is re-secured with the new password.

• You also need your authenticator, or one of your recovery codes
• All devices are signed out afterwards
• Without the recovery key, a forgotten password can't be reset. Your files are encrypted with it.
